Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for MELTED products as we do offer ICE PACKS. 

Please allow 3-7 business days until your order is shipped out. 

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges ! 

If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.   

Any Orders sent back to us due to insufficient address will be either re-shipped or refunded. If the customer chooses for it to be re-shipped their is a re-shipment fee. 
If the customer chooses for a refund a 20% re-stock fee will be applied. 

Please make sure to submit the correct address at checkout. J330Sweetz is not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. 

Once your package leaves our premises, J330Sweetz is not responsible for them as USPS is the shipping services that you pay for them to ship. If your Package is stuck at the USPS location and tracking has not updated, you need to file a claim. Once the package is sent out the liability is between you and USPS. 

International Orders 

Orders Ship Via USPS/UPS. You will receive an email with tracking with corresponding carrier. 

J330Sweetz  is not responsible for any customs or import fees that may occur during or after shipping.
